An unforgettable evening of seasonal expression awaits at Yarri as Head Chef Aaron Carr joins forces with Paul ‘Yoda’ Iskov of Fervor for a one-night-only collaboration celebrating exceptional local produce and the creativity of two renowned WA chefs.

Individually plated dishes will showcase the very best of our region, while seating is on shared tables or at the kitchen bar (please indicate your seating preference in the booking notes, we'll try and accommodate requests as they come in!)

Edible Gardens Festival 2026

We are thrilled to announce that this year, Yarri Restaurant + Bar will be joining the line-up at the Margaret River region's coveted Edible Gardens 2026 festival.

On 23 May 2026, our Gardener Eve Franssen will give a behind-the-scenes look at how we grow organic produce for Yarri Restaurant + Bar using simple, sustainable, closed-loop methods. Think: compost, worm farms, bees, and more!

Festival go-ers will also hear from Chef Aaron Carr on how this seasonal, homegrown produce shapes the menu at Yarri. Then stay for an exclusive wine tasting paired with Yarri-cooked paella. (Um, delicious!)

Thunderstone Takeover at Snake + Herring Cellar Door x Yarri

For one day only, join us for an intimate afternoon at the Snake + Herring cellar door in Wilyabrup as winemaker Tony Davis and Redmond Sweeny pour tastings of the highly anticipated Thunderstone wine collection and Yarri takes over the paella pan.

Recently awarded and impressive 95 & 96 points by Ray Jordan, these wines are a unique expression of place: it's home in the rich, granite soils of the Porongurups. It's a place shaped by granite, wind, altitude, and time – and it produces wines of rare clarity and elegance.

Chef Aaron Carr from Yarri knows how to deliver the perfect pairing, which is why he'll be plating up fresh paella on the day for purchase. Consider it the perfect match for the Thunderstone Riesling, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
