Yarri's wine list, is overtly Snake + Herring; Yarri is, after all ,the home of Snake + Herring.
Our list also includes the odd wine made by an icon, infidel or mate .
We also make a pretty mean cocktail or too!
Snake + Herring wines are frequently acknowledged with awards for their pristine, crystalline Rieslings; crisp, radiant, multi-faceted Chardonnays; alluring, perfumed Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon; dark, exotic, hedonistic Shiraz; brilliant, regal displays of Cabernets and blends.
Our wines are sourced from WA’s premium viticultural sites without regional restraint. They can be found on lists in great restaurants across the country.
Our winemaker Tony Davis brings new eyes to old vineyards and thinking, seeking styles and regions perhaps overshadowed in the past. Experience has taught us blazing diamonds can be wrought from less conventional combinations of the region, sub-region and variety. The latter category adding further intrigue and anticipation, we believe the grapes that are hardest to find are often the most satisfying.
